information and receive an instant no obligation quote. For your convenience, SSN provides
Data Collection Templates to assist in
assembling the required equipment information. Equipment you would like covered can be added or
removed from your list at any time to optimize savings. Simply submit the list to receive a quote.
As an added benefit, when you provide us with the maintenance contract expiration date,
you will be notified by Simply Service Network by email prior to expiration so that you can
add this equipment to your SSN Advantage™ Program.
