When maintenance or repair is required, log into your account and request service
from a SmartNet™ Service Provider. That's all you need to do! The SmartNet™ Service Provider is notified immediately.
They then call you to schedule the estimated time of arrival.
SSN handles the rest. No purchase orders, no invoices, and no vendor bills to pay!
Using your own vendor? That's OK, too. When requesting repair service, select the option to use your own vendor.
We'll provide you with a transaction number so you can contact and pay the vendor directly, and then submit the
service report and invoice
with the transaction number to SSN for reimbursement.
